For the Love of my Dogs...

Today I am blogging about my 'fur babies'.

I truly believe these are the best pets on the earth.

Willow (3 years) and Gracie (2 years) are the best dogs I could ever ask for!
They comfort me on days when I am really upset. Serious. Countless times Gracie has licked away my tears. They know when I'm sad. They are there to comfort me.

When I come home from work in the morning (yucky night shift) they are always at the top of the stairs waiting for me. So excited that I am home. What a great feeling.

At night time they LOVE to snuggle. Gracie loves to burrow under the covers. Sometimes I don't know how she can breath.

Willow, although independent, loves people. He is always so happy go lucky. Loves everyone. Including the vet. Yes the vet. We took him in the other day and he couldn't wait to get in to the building. As soon as we put him on the table at the vets office his tail started wagging. When the vet came in Willow jumped on him and started giving him kisses. The vet LOVED it. She said, usually you guys don't like me! I like this!

Do you guys have dogs? Do you notice specific personalities in them? Do you hate leaving them when you go some place?

  1. I love my dogs so much! They are the best! While they all have the doxie tenacity, they have some pretty distinct personalities too. Meadow is my social butterfly. She's never met a stranger in her life. Beckett is my protector - no one is allowed to come near me until he approves them. Paisley is my shy girl. Her tail doesn't stop wagging...but it takes her a while to work up the courage to come sit next to new people. Brady is my laid back one. He's content to just hang out.
