Book. Movies. St. Patty's

Last night I finished reading Ellen's book

'Seriously I'm Kidding'. Overall I thought it was funny, really no flow to it but I think she just wanted a book to make people laugh and that it did. I literally laughed out loud. After finishing this book I didn't waste any time and jumped right in to the next book I've wanted to read. 'Sing You Home' by Jodi Picoult

I'm only on page 65 right now but already it is great! Within the first 10 pages I had a tear streaming down my face. (Probably not the greatest book for me to read when I am going through fertility issues myself;) however I can't put this book down! So far so good, I can't wait to read more tonight!

Last night I also watched the movie 'Like Crazy'. Total chick flick.

however, the ending was horrible. I thought my DVD player cut out but know it just ended. I really wish they would have changed the ending. I will say no more because I would hate to spoil it for those of you who still want to see it!

I asked my husband if on Friday we could go see 21 Jumpstreet.

This movie looks so funny. So far it has gotten good ratings on Rotten Tomatoes. The husband said we could go as long as we go to the 4:15 showing. That way he can be home for his NCAA games. Seriously the husband is a die hard March Madness fan. As we speak we have brackets filled out and is recording the Wisconsin and Marquette games. (I do hope the Badgers win!)

At last but not least St. Patty's day. I'm going out to the bars with some of my besties. However I can't seem to find anything St. Patty's day/green to wear. Meh. Any suggestions? I have a green tshirt with a little pink heart on it. As of right now, that is my only option!

This is cute
No way in hell!!

Happy Thursday everybody!

  2. I LOVED that book by Jodi Picoult. Seriously, her books are so hard to put down! I almost want to stop reading the hunger games so I can go read her new one "Lone Wolf."

  4. I'm going to see 21 Jump Street tonight too! I really hope its good!!! Based on the commercials it's pretty funny. I was in Maurice's the other day & if you spent so much,(ha no problem with that) you got a St. Pattys tee for $5, so that's my attire for tomorrow. I don't really have a problem with finding green since my fave college is Notre Dame!
