Talking About Movies

Today I thought that I would talk about movies. It's blowing snow and one of those days where you just want to curl up on the couch with a blanket and watch a movie or read a book. I am a movie junkie...seriously I need to go to like movie watchers anonymous if they have it! lol.

Here are some of the movies I have recently seen that I would highly recommend!

Crazy Stupid Love
I love Emma Stone in general so I was really excited to see this movie. I bought it the day it came out. It's hilarious romantic comedy which are my favorite movie genere anyway. Plus Ryan Gosling is uber hot in this movie as well ;)

The Help
I first read the book which I loved! I recommend reading the book first and then watching the movie. You will laugh, cry, become angry when the characters are angry. etc. Again, Emma Stone is in this movie and she plays one of the main characters named, 'Rita Skeeter'.

I Don't Know How She Does It
I don't think this movie got great reviews but I absoutley enjoyed it! It's a light fun family kind of movie. Sarah Jessica Parker (an actress I adore) stars in it as a Mom who lives in New York. She tries to balance her kids who are begging for attention from her and her work which has her head up a very big project.

Have you seen any of these movies? Did you like them? Any movies you have seen recently that you would recommend?

  3. I'm pretty behind on the times when it comes to movies. It has been so long that I embarrassingly don't even remember the last one I saw in theaters!

I'm glad that you mentioned The Help, though. I keep having this book recommended and kept putting it on the back burner, but after reading your post, I finally downloaded it on iBooks so it is now in my queue to read!

    Love your blog, dear :)
